Postpartum Planning
We will meet prenatally to talk about all things postpartum. We’ll discuss preparing the house for the new baby, what to expect with healing from birth, and an intro to newborn care and feeding. The postpartum prep session will be 2 hours, virtual or in home, for $75.
In Home Postpartum Doula Services
I’ll provide physical and emotional support after birth in the comfort of your own home. This includes feeding help, facilitation of bonding, and giving parents a much needed break. I help new parents develop the skills to care for their newborn and give evidence based information on a range of topics regarding their new baby. I also offer sibling care and basic household support, as well as referrals to community resources. In-home postpartum care plans are based on an hourly rate of $30/hour, minimum 3 hours per visit.
Virtual Postpartum Doula Services
Get the personalized care you need, even during social distancing. You’ll receive the same emotional support, knowledge, and resources whenever you need it. I’m just a call or message away. Virtual service includes scheduled video or phone calls, and unlimited texts and emails. Prices range from $100-$300 per week based on your customized virtual care plan.
